For the owners of the Fun Wind store, streamlining processes related to product information management was crucial, so implementing Akeneo's PIM was a key part of the project. We began this part of the project by analyzing the current environment and examining the needs that Akeneo would address.

The implementation work involved a comprehensive migration from Shoper to Shopify, which included integration with ERP Symfonia and connecting the store with a number of applications (including Klaviyo and Rebuy – these applications are among the most popular choices among Shopify Plus and Shopify store owners).

We began our collaboration with workshops, then moved on to migration, configuration, and integration activities (including connecting the new store with the previously implemented Akeneo, tailored to the needs of the store). Next, we focused on design, programming, and testing. The project culminated in a complete implementation checklist and the store's live launch.
