The project involved a full migration from WooCommerce to Shopify, including transferring the product database, customer database, and information pages, as well as developing a 301 redirect map. Integration with Base and Comarch Optima was a key component.

The project began with a workshop during which the store's design, processes, and required applications were discussed. A key pre-implementation step was selecting the required applications from the Shopify App Store and an industry-specific template from the Shopify Theme Store.

During the implementation, a number of optimizations and programming modifications were also made to ensure the entire project met the needs. These activities also included stylistic adjustments to the implemented applications.

The project was complemented by full testing (of the template, application, and processes) and training in store operations.
