The project involved a complete migration from Shoper to Shopify. The integration with Base was crucial for implementation. A key element of the project was the comprehensive integration with the Comarch Optima ERP system.

The comprehensive process was crucial for the clients – from workshops, through configuration, design, development, testing, subsequent training on all elements of the new system, and ongoing store development to go live as part of Shopify Development activities.

During the workshop, all key topics related to the necessary store elements, the scope of integration, applications from the Shopify App Store, UX assumptions, and all eCommerce processes surrounding the store were discussed – this laid the foundation for all subsequent activities.
